Ofsted & Performance

Please find below our most recent Ofsted and SIAMS inspection report and some useful links.

Ofsted Inspection

In our most recent Ofsted report, we were delighted to be identified as a GOOD school (November 2023):

The inspection report highlights that our moto, ‘let all that you do be done in love’, permeates the way in which children and staff treat one another and how that all children, including those with SEND, benefit from being part of a school with high expectations, noting how all children achieve well both academically, socially and emotionally.

The children spoke about how much they like school and their teachers. The inspectors acknowledged how polite and courteous our children are and the contribution they make to making Radcliffe Hall such a special place.

The improvements the school has made to the curriculum offer since joining The Sycamore CofE Trust was also commented upon. Stating that the curriculum is broad and ambitious and that the school, in partnership with the Trust, has been highly successful in ensuring that the children receive a good quality of education.

SIAMS Inspection

In our most recent SIAMS report, we were delighted to be identified as a GOOD school (October 2021):

They noted that "...leadership and vision have led to ‘phenomenal’ changes and improvement. Pupils feel challenged and supported to achieve their best. Staff work as a strong team and morale is high. The commitment to the vision from the school community has been significant to the flourishing of all."

"The curriculum is crafted to meet the needs of all pupils...This helps vulnerable pupils and those with additional needs to access the curriculum and flourish. Personal well-being is a priority."

"During the pandemic the school was seen as a ‘beacon of hope’."

"Respect for all ensures all God’s children are valued. This is evident in relationships and the curriculum intent. Pupils have a voice through courageous advocate groups...Pupils have a good understanding of equality and diversity. They insist everyone be treated the same saying, ‘It’s what’s inside that matters.’"
